WHAT TO EXPECT

Your initial visit will be forty minutes long at which time we will assign you a primary therapist. We will devise a treatment plan according to your individual needs and requirements.

Each subsequent treatment session will be approximately 40 minutes long. You will see our team of therapists who are well-trained in manual therapy. Your primary therapist will monitor your daily progress and correspond with your physician as needed. Throughout your treatment process, we will reevaluate you so that we may modify your treatment plan as needed.


Insurance

We participate in most insurance companies including Medicare. Our staff will assist you with any questions you may have. Using the information you provide, we will contact your insurance company to determine your benefits and responsibilities. We track the need for further authorization and, as necessary, supply your insurance company with the appropriate paperwork to obtain approval for continued medical treatment. You are responsible for all deductibles, copayments and unauthorized visits, regardless of the information you provide. We will accept other insurance not listed with out-of-network benefits. You are responsible for the out-of-network deductible and co-insurance. We accept the following insurance plans:

Direct Access

According to Connecticut State Law, you may have 6 visits per year without a physician’s referral/prescription. However, most insurance plans will not cover PT services unless ordered by a physician. Please contact our office for further information regarding this unique program.
